Join us on June 21st for an evening of cocktails and great food at Casel Marche! Prepared by five of the city’s favourite chefs who we’ve paired up with five great local food bloggers. They are coming together, sharing talents, to create some unique and delicious dishes that emphasis the back-to-basics cooking mentality that is the basis to our Start From Scratch program.
The five chefs creating dishes for the evening will be…
Geoff Rogers (Home Tasting Room)
Roy Oh (Anju)
Drew Masterman (Blue Star Diner/Dairy Lane)
Kyle Groves (Catch)
Grayson Sherman (Jelly Modern Doughnuts)
Aiding the chefs in preparing this creative dishes will be the following talented local foodies…
Gwendolyn Richards (Calgary Herald food writer, Patent And The Pantry author)
Stephanie Eddy (Globe and Mail columnist, Clockwork Lemon author)
Vincci Tsui (Food writer, Ceci N’est Pas Un Food Blog author)
Stephanie Arsenault (Food writer, Global Dish author)
Lori Andrews (Photographer, The Ten Cent Designer author)
Wine pairings will accompany each dish, as perfectly selected by J. Webb Wine Merchants. The evening will also include a silent auction, take home recipe cards for all five dishes featured throughout the night, live music and, of course, fun times all around!
TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE HERE!
All proceeds from this evening will go to support Start From Scratch and the program’s Western Canadian expansion beginning in Fall, 2012.
See you there!
