Why do you want to take part? I would love to learn how to cook and expand skills that are often neglected. Plus food has such a beautiful culture, a excellent way to reach out to others.
How would you describe your level of cooking expertise? Rather basic.
What is your least favourite thing to eat and why? Greasy deep fried food, because you feel terrible after eating it. Or soup, I strongly dislike soup. It’s like you take these amazing tasting things and just water them down, and the consistency. Just terrible. Also, not too keen on sandwiches, the epitome of boring.
If you could learn to cook one dish what would it be? Biryani.
Which restaurant(s) in your city do you go to regularly? I go for sushi a lot, to different places.
