Why do you want to take part? I would love to be a part of this because I love eating food, but I’m not very good at making it yet!
How would you describe your level of cooking expertise? I’m a big fan of putting obscure spices into stir-fry concoctions and things, but other than that, I wouldn’t say my cooking efforts have been very successful to date.
What is your least favourite thing to eat and why? At this point, the only food left that I really don’t like is pickles. And one extremely terrible mystery vegetable I ate when I was traveling in Vietnam.
If you could learn to cook one dish what would it be? I would love to know how to make a good pizza from start to finish. Using pita breads for crust just isn’t quite the same!
Which Calgary restaurant(s) do you go to regularly? I’ve been known to frequent The Kilkenny for wing nights, but other than that I’m too frugal for eating out in Calgary!
